The management of Lahore Smart City expresses gratitude to its members and sales partners for their participation in the first balloting of Overseas One & Executive One. Some members are still interested in participating and can do so in the second balloting, which will run from February 13th to 28th, 2023.
To be eligible for selection in the second balloting, members must deposit a minimum of 50% payment, while those depositing 40% will be given priority but not the option for selection. The second balloting will be based on a first come, first serve basis, and the selection criteria will be +75% if members do not opt for plot selection.
