Bahria Town Karachi and Its Phases – All You Need to Know

Bahria Town Karachi can be divided in to four phases on the basis of deals offered at different times.

Phase 1: Phase 1 is also known as Old BTK which was launched four years ago and Bahria Town Karachi offered 125 sq yards to 2 Acre Farmhouses in this deal. 950 sq yards apartments and 125, 150 and 200 sq yards were offered in this deal as well. All these properties are now available on cash as 4-year installment plan has been completed.

Phase 2: Bahria Town Karachi Phase 2 is actually known as Bahria Golf City and 500, 1000 and 2000 sq yards plots were launched. Out of 16, 12 quarterly installments have been paid so far in this phase and only a year left when its plots will be available on cash. Currently, the paid amount and own have to be paid once and the remaining four installments to be deposited to Bahria Town Karachi.

Phase 3: Bahria Sports City, Phase 3 of Bahria Town Karachi was launched some two years ago and 250, 500 and 1000 sq yards plots were offered. Eight quarterly installments have been paid so far and eight remaining will be paid in two years. The paid amount with own will have to be paid to seller on spot while remaining installments will be paid to Bahria Town Karachi.

Phase 4: Known as Bahria Paradise, it was launched last year (2017) and so far only 3 installments have been paid. Those who want to buy plots of Bahria Paradis, will have to pay paid amount and own to seller and the remaining installments to Bahria Town.
