Samhan Square, the new project of renowned Samhan Group has been officially launched in Lahore. The ground breaking ceremony of this upcoming commercial center located near DHA Lahore took place recently. Chairman Samhan Group Mr. Saleem Hanif did the honor for its inauguration and also thanked investors and dealers for their interest in the project. Spread over 2 Acres of land, this commercial enclave will be a home to the top retail brands and businesses. Owing to its location and potential, the project is destined to mark its footprints successfully.

Samhan Square Location

In one of the best commercial locations of Lahore, this square will be opposite to Packages Mall at Walton Road. Having proximity to DHA Lahore and other top residential areas of city like Lahore Cantt, Gulberg and Model Town, it also has an easy access to the Ferozepur Raod. The visitors can approach it from three different routes.

Samhan Square Booking Details

Initially in the first phase, limited commercial plots in five different cuttings have been offered in this square. Keeping in mind customized needs of the retail businesses, 2 Marla, 2.5 Marla, 3 Marla, 4 Marla and 8 Marla plots are available. Booking is open now on first come, first serve basis with the 10% of the total payable amount of these plots.

Payment Plan

All commercial plots are available on 1.5-year easy installment plan. First you will have to pay 10% of the total price for booking followed by 15% for the confirmation within 45 days duration. The same 15% amount will be charged for possession which can be acquired on 50% advance payment or at the end of installments. Remaining payable amount will be payable in terms of 6 quarterly installments.

The Samhan Square has dedicated enough piece of land for wide roads for drive through and parking space. It will be facilitated with uninterrupted power supply (No Load-shedding) and 24/7 security and maintenance.
