Oshun Gwadar Booking deadline is set to be April 20 after which ballot will be held to announce the lucky winners who will be eligible for plots and homes. It  is one of its kind residential project launched by Eiwan Developers in Gwadar District. Holding an NOC approval from Gwadar District Council, It offers lavish residences for booking in a Beach Front Resort Style Housing Scheme.

Booking was launched last week by Eiwan Developers that have already earned immense reputation by their development of Sanghar Housing Scheme Gwadar. 3 year payment plan will be offered to lucky winners of Oshun Gwadar Ballot to pay the price of plots and properties. Booking forms are available from designated branches of Muslim Commercial Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank. You can also download booking forms of this project from the official website of Eiwan Developers.

Oshun Gwadar Terms & Conditions

Rs. 10,000 has to be submitted in the form of processing fee along with your Oshun Gwadar Booking form. This processing fee is non-refundable. Eiwan Developers have prohibited people to sell booking forms. Successful applicants shall deposit down payment within 15 days of balloting that will be held after April 20, 2018.

Oshun Gwadar Booking Prices

Oshun Gwadar was open for booking on March 25, 2018. There will be 5 kind of residences available for booking at Oshun Gwadar by Eiwan Developers.

Oshun’s Gwadar by Eiwan Developers will be located in Gunz area of Gwadar District. The site is surrounded by Pakistan Navy Land and a Coast Guard post is also placed next to Oshun Gwadar.
