These homes are triple- storey 5 Marla houses. You can also consider them as apartments as the option to buy a single floor is available. Orchard Homes is located in G5 Block of Bahria Orchard Lahore. The prices of these homes vary as per floor. Orchard Homes, located on the ground floor, will cost you more than the first and second floor.

Category homes will cost you 10 to 20% more than the general homes.

Jasmine Villas

The second-best deal of constructed property was Jasmine Villas. Jasmine Villas is located in Overseas Enclave of Bahria Orchard Phase 4. These are 5 Marla double-storey independent houses. Both general and category villas were launched on installments. The launching price of Jasmine Villas was 69 lacs. Booking of Jasmine Villa can be made with a down payment of 20 lacs and 70 thousand. The remaining amount will be paid in 18 easy installments.

However, a new deal of 5 Marla Jasmine Villas is launched, where you will get 4 bedroom accommodations. Also, it is essential to mention here that the prices of these villas are received. Here the Jasmine Villa of 5 Marla 4 Bedroom accommodation will be available at the rate of 72 lacs. Category villas will cost you more. All these villas are available with 24 months flexible payment plan.

Safari Homes

This is the third most attractive deal of homes launched in Bahria Orchard Phase 4. Located in G6 Blocks, these are 5 Marla 3 Bed independent houses.

Safari Homes are launched at a total price of 59.90 lacs. The booking price of the homes is 9.75 lacs. The same amount of 9.75 lacs will be payable at the time of balloting. There are a total of 36 monthly installments of 95,000/-. However, 6.20 lacs will be payable on possession.
