Development Charges Details
According to the announcements, all those members who have booked their plots in Motorway City by 2005 but did not pay the development charges of their plots are informed that new rate of development charges is 45,000/- per Marla, which is valid till 30th of October 2019. Furthermore, all those buyers who have booked their plots after November 2007, the development charges for them are 60,000/- per Marla.
Another important announcement is made by the society that all such members who have started to pay their development charges according to old rates but didn’t pay according to the given 2 years installment plan will also be charged additional development charges as per revised rates.
Adding more, after the complete payment of all the development charges, the society will charge the utility charges against the installation of gas, water, electricity connections, and other utility expenses.

Motorway City Islamabad has recently launched a new block named “Executive Block”. The block is brilliantly planned with different sizes of residential plots. It offers the residential plots of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 14 Marla and 1 Kanal. The most attractive features of these plots are the easy installment plan of 5 years. The booking of these plots is already started. To book your plot in Executive Block, it will be required to pay 5% down payment followed by 5% allocation & 5% confirmation charges. However, the remaining amount will be divided into 60 monthly installments.
