LDA Plots auction for residential and commercial plots will be conducted on February 27, 2018. Education plots are also offered for sale in this LDA Plots auction on which private sector can build colleges, schools and other buildings for educational usage. All the plots are fully developed and are distributed in various residential schemes authorized by LDA. LDA plots auction also includes a petrol pump site which will be given out on 18 year lease.

LDA Plot Auction – Terms & Conditions
- Every person/party that wants to become a part of auction must deposit a security deposit. Apart from successful bidders, all other participants will get a full cash refund for their security deposit after the auction is concluded.
- 3 attested copies OF CNIC are required to become part of auction process
- Successful bidder will have to submit 1/3 of the bidding price within 7 days of auction. Otherwise his award of land will be canceled and his security deposit will be fortified.
- Remaining 2/3 of total price will have to be paid within 30 days of approval from competent authority.
