LDA City Lahore – Latest Estimated Plot Prices 2019

After the successful balloting in LDA City Lahore Phase 1, and the launch of the official location map, now everyone is looking for the estimated prices of plots. So, it is important to share the estimated rates of plots in each block.

However, the prices of the plots in LDA City are different as per blocks as well as their locations. Those blocks located close to the main entrance of the society are offering plots with higher rates. Moreover, the plots easy accessible from the wide roads are also available at expensive prices.

So, it is important to know the expected prices of each block before investing in any plot in LDA City Lahore.

Another main reason for pricing is supply and demand. As there were about 9,000 plots included in the ballot, so the prices of the plots after the ballot is very high.

The estimated prices of the plots depend on these factors:

Prices of the plots are high prices if it is a category plot i. e. main road plot, corner plot, or park facing plots, etc.

The rates of the plots are low if the plots are graveyard facing or near the village etc.

LDA City Lahore Phase 1 Balloting

This newly developing Phase 1 of LDA Lahore has undergone balloting on November 30, 2019. The total number of blocks in Phase 1 is 15. These blocks are named after letter sets me. e. Block A, Block B, Block C….. Block P, Block Q. The plots for sale in these blocks are 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal. Moreover, one block in LDA City is named as Eastern CBD for commercial activity.
