Development Status in LDA City Lahore

Lahore Development Authority has recently announced the developments in LDA City. Qualified and reputable engineering and construction firms can submit their proposals until 22 May 2017 for pre-qualification stage. Developments are required for roads, water supply sewerage system and other infrastructure. The development plan for an approachable road of 2.1 KM long and 180 ft. wide starting from Gujumata, Ferozepur Road to Kahna Kacha at a cost of 130 million. In addition, it has provided way to Kahna Kacha flyover development under public partnership. Development for the main gate at Gajumatta, Ferozepur Road is going to start immediately.

In addition, it is important for the investors that the LDA City has a data management system that records the details for each plot file and owner. This step has taken to improve transparency and customer trust. The file owner can access the details using their CNIC and file number.
