LDA Announced Auction for Number of Residential & Commercial Plots On 29 May 2019

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced the auction of different residential and commercial plot in its different schemes on May 29, 2019.

Auction Venue

This recently announced auction by LDA will be held at the LDA Community Center, 239/An Ayubia Market, New Muslim Town, Lahore on May 29, 2019. Auction will start at 10:00 AM.

Details of Plots That Will Be Auctioned On The Day

• Souk Centres plots in Sabzazar and Jubilee Town, Lahore.
• Commercial plots in Finance & Trade Centre, located on main Nazaria-e-Pakistan Avenue, Johar Town, Lahore. Commercial plots in Tajpura, Lahore
• Commercial plots in Mustafa Town, Lahore
• Commercial plots in Kareem Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore
• Commercial plots in Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore
• Commercial plots in Quaid-e-Azam Town/Township, Lahore
• Residential plots in New Garden Town, Lahore
• Residential plots in Johar Town, Lahore

Conditions For Participants & Successful Members

All the participant of the auction will have to deposit the required amount in the favor of DG LDA as Demand Draft or Pay order in Booth of National Bank of Pakistan. The pay orders or demand drafts will be returned except successful participant.

A participant get successful in auction will have to submit one-third of the total amount of plot(s) either on the spot or within seven days of the auction including holidays.

A participant get successful will have to deposit the remaining amount within the next 30 days after getting the approval of LDA authorities.

If you get successful in auction, the successful member will have to pay the advance income tax and CVT as per scheduled rates.
