Lake City Holdings announced balloting of residential plots in Block M7C on 14th August 2017. Process was limited to 5 and 7 Marla plots. The balloting included only installments files with balloting of cash files to be done on a later date.
Actual plot numbers have been allocated to residential files and it is expected that list of plot numbers will be made available in coming days. A map has also been launched for Block M7C to help current and future buyers.

Now as the balloting for the most economical plots with 2.5 year installment plan has been done, buyer interest will surely intensify. Possession is expected to be provided for these plots, once all the installments are paid. In case of lump sum payments, 10% discount is available but as mentioned earlier, balloting for those plots is on hold for now.
