Lahore Smart City members who had booked their plots with 100% down payments will be eligible for the possession of plots of their own choice. But they will make sure to start the construction work within 90 days after signing their willingness Performa on the stamp agreement.

In the second phase, LSC Management will announce possession of the remaining plots (if available). But on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, priority will be given to members who had booked their plots with 40% and 50% down payments, respectively.

Customers will need to verify the availability of plots before depositing 100% payment from LSC Office. In addition, the buyer should sign the willingness Performa to start the construction within 90 days.

Notification for the start of the possession process will be published in due course of time. However, to facilitate the members for construction on their property, LSC management has decided to receive the development charges in 2023.
