Increase in Bahria Town Transfer Fees – Important Update

Bahria Town management has recently announced an increase in the transfer fees. Bahria Town Transfer Fee announcement is made for all the residential and commercial projects across the country. Around a week ago, we have received a notice of an increase in transfer charges for all the Bahria Town projects in Lahore. But later, an increase in the transfer fees was witnessed in Bahria Town Karachi and Islamabad projects as well. Further details are:

Bahria Town Transfer Fees – Lahore Projects

The biggest and the well-known developer in the country, Bahria Town, has announced an increase in the transfer charges. These charges are increasing by 20% for residential projects/properties. However, a rise of 10% is planned for commercial projects/properties.

The new transfer charges will be applicable from 11th October 2021. Have a look at the previous and new transfer fees of Bahria Town residential plots in Lahore.
