Green Orchard Booking

After paying booking price, buyer has to submit confirmation money (10% of total price) within 30 days of booking. After 45 days, allotment will be provided after payment of 10% price of plot. At the time of possession, 15% price has to be paid. This adds up the balance to 50%. Reaming half of total plot price can be paid on Monthly or Quarterly basis.
