It seems that Plan B (revised plan) of Bahria Town Lahore for Golf View Residencia (GVR) has really worked. The last six months have been full of positive news for this sector which is equally encouraging for buyers. Since development work restarted after much delay and uncertainty, things have come on track and now geared up towards completion. Divided into two phases now, almost half of the GVR is on ground now. Initially, Lahore Ring Road had been problematic for this project but now the alternate plan has settled the affairs.
Golf View Residencia Location
As per re-arrangement and division, both Phase I and Phase II are positioned alongside Ring Road. With direct access towards Raiwind Road, it appeals more to the buyers.
Golf View Residencia Phase I Development
The fast pace of development activities has made Phase I of GVR on ground and now it is completely developed. Latest updates suggest that Phase I is now ready for possession which will likely to be announced soon in next few months.
Phase II Development
Bahria Town is managing GVR’s development phase wise and now when Phase I is ready, focus will be shifted towards Phase II. At present, development work has not been started there but chances are high that in upcoming weeks activities will be in full swing there like it did in Phase I.
