According to the official sources, the project owners are in process to acquire land alongside main Airport road for this society. At present, they have not given any expected date of launch, but it will be advertised through press after getting possession of all required area and approval from authorities. Like Etihad Town, the company wants to provide secure investment options to the buyers and want to market it only after approval. Etihad Holdings’ officials did not disclose details regarding expected launch of this upcoming project, but validated that Royal Garden is in the pipeline. • Development Status

The on-ground development started right after the launch and now it is in full swing. Etihad Town has promised to give possession in 1-year for construction on plots and development pace indicating that they will stand by it.

• Future Prospects

Residential plots in this society sold out in a few days and more than 60% commercial opportunities have also been availed. Two main future possibilities have been pointed in balloting ceremony i-e launch of 2nd Phase of Commercial (only after LDA approval) and Extension Phase of Etihad Town.
