Etihad Town Booking – Residential & Commercial Plots
Etihad Town is a grand housing project located on the Main Raiwind Road at just 3.5 Km from Thokar Niaz Baig and 5 Km away from UCP Lahore Campus & Shaukat Khanam Hospital. General Information For Booking

You don’t have to visit any bank branch to submit your booking form. Both the booking form and processing fee are collected at the sales office of Etihad Town. There is no tentative last date for booking of plots. Etihad Town states that the booking process will continue for 2-3 months after which balloting will be held.
Booking Process For Residential Plots
Etihad Town Residential Plots are available in following sizes
- 5 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 12 Marla
- 18 Marla
Token money, equal to 10% of total plot price, has to be deposited along with processing fee and booking form. Token fee for each plot category is given below:

Etihad Town management claims that if you do not win a plot through balloting, the amount will be refunded without any cuts. Non-refundable processing fee of 5 Marla plot is Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 10,000 for bigger plots. Cash payment, bank draft and pay order are all accepted mode of payments.
Development charges are included in the price of a plot so you don’t have to pay any extra money. A 10% additional price will have to be paid if you want to buy a corner plot or park-facing plot. In case of a corner plus park-facing plot, 15% extra price needs to be paid. Only one plot can be booked against once booking form. If you intend to book more than one plots, you have to submit different forms for each plot along with corresponding token money and processing fee.
Booking For Commercial Plots
Commercial Plots in Etihad Town are available in 4 and 8 Marla cuttings.
Unlike residential plots, commercial plots are booked on the spot. No balloting will be done for the commercial plots, as they are being offered at first-come, first-served basis. You can visit the sales office of Etihad Town and book your plot from the map. Rs. 20,000 will be paid as non-refundable processing fee. A 10% extra price is charged for corner plot. Unlike 1-year payment plan of residential plots, a 2-year payment plan is available for the commercial plots in Etihad Town. You can get a 15% discount, if you decide to pay off for your plot in lump sum. There are 51 plots available in 8 Marla category and 79 plots are being offered in 4 Marla category.
