DHA Quetta – Balloting Date Announced

DHA Quetta is the first-ever high standard housing project in the city. It is located at a distance of few kilometers from the Quetta International Airport. This society is featuring both residential and commercial properties. And now, the society has finally announced the applications ballot date of its recently launched residential and commercial plots, as well as farmhouses.

This booking was launched in November 2019 and through this balloting, DHA will pick out the successful applicants.

 DHA Quetta Smart City Phase 1 Balloting Date and Venue

The balloting ceremony of DHA Quetta is scheduled to be held on the 14th of March 2020. The time and venue of the application ballot are not yet disclosed. All the valid applications will be balloted through the computerized system. Moreover, the ballot results will be published online.

Note: the *1st down payment of the plots is due within 30 days of the ballot. However, the 2nd down payment is due within 60 days of the ballot.

Moreover, it is also important to mention here that the total prices of the plots are exclusive of all Federal, Provincial & Local Taxes. These taxes would be applicable as per law. In addition, development charges will be intimated later.
