DHA Peshawar Balloting, Plot File Rates, Location, Map, Payment Plan and Development Updates

DHA Peshawar, first chapter of Defense Housing Authority (DHA) in KPK province, is set to attract a huge number of buyers.  Living among world class facilities and signature lifestyle housing of DHA is a golden opportunity for locals. The past couple of months have been really positive for this project as its development started; balloting took place and maps launched. Good news has come for DHA Peshawar customers as management has extended the last date for submission of development charges of residential plots. Earlier in last month, letters detailing due development charges were dispatched to lucky customers after balloting.

Last Date for Payment of DHA Peshawar Development Charges

DHA Peshawar has fixed 10th February deadline for payment of development charges but now 10th March is the last date for submission of development dues. The deadline has been extended as a number of customers could not receive a schedule of development charges due to various reasons.

 

Latest Development Update

At present, NLC & FWO are working dedicatedly to develop road network on the main boulevard in sector B of DHA Peshawar. Earlier, DHA Peshawar management had signed a formal MOU with these two most trusted organizations in construction works for the development of two sectors A and B.

Location – Strategically Ideal

One of the most valuable factors of DHA Peshawar is its strategically ideal location. Positioned near Nasir Bagh Road, it is close to Askari 6 and surrounded by some major societies. Adjacent to Regi Model Colony, it is connected with Islamabad-Peshawar motorway as well as with the National Highway, N5. The China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) impact will also come into play later on as Peshawar will become CPEC centre city.

DHA Peshawar Phase 1 Balloting

The balloting of Phase 1 took place on 25th December 2017 at Army Public School (APS Peshawar) and more than 9921 plots were balloted live. The residential plots (allocation files & new booking) have been allotted plot numbers. The balloting results then uploaded on official website for all its applicants.
