DHA Penta Square New Balloting Date Announced

The balloting date for 3-Bed Luxury Apartments of DHA Penta Square, Phase V has been extended to 31st October, 2017. Earlier, it was scheduled to take place on 20th October, but huge response from public pushed DHA authorities to revise it. To be held at DHA Auditorium in Phase II, this public balloting will be attended by chosen members as well as general public. DHA Administrator Lahore will chair this ceremony and results will be shared online on DHA Lahore’s official website.

Down Payment Submission Deadline

Down payment will be due right after balloting and last date for its submission is 17th November, 2017. However, the allotment of apartment is strictly subjected to this 20% down payment within given time frame, otherwise it will be cancelled and refundable amount will be fortified.

2-Year Easy Installment Plan

Down payment will be followed by 2-years easy installment plan as balance amount is payable in 8 quarterly installments. Those who want to pay in lump sum can avail 5% discount on submitting all dues within 30 days of intimation letter date.

Corporate & Retail Opportunities Coming Soon

With allotment of 3-Bed Apartments, focus will be move towards commercial and retail opportunities available in Penta Square. A total of 152 apartments comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms were offered for booking in two phases respectively. Corporate offices and retail shops are next on-offer in this DHA owned project which will be up for booking soon.

Project Completion by Mid 2019

DHA has shifted the development work in next gear as it wants to complete this project by mid 2019.
