DHA Multan Reduces Dealers Registration & Annual Fee – Latest Updates
Last month, DHA Multan has announced a couple of commercial projects in press advertisement. It includes establishing an Entertainment Zone, development of Signature Golf Club and a mixed-use commercial project. The deadline for submitting expression of interest for these projects is over and now short-listing for pre-qualification is underway. Meanwhile, the administration has come up with good news for dealers. It has announced reduction in dealers’ registration fee and annual renewal charges.
DHA Multan Revised Registration/Renewal Fee for Dealers
From now onwards, DHA Multan has set Rs. 60,000 as registration fee for dealers which was bit higher earlier. The renewal charges have also been reduced to Rs. 10,000. Please keep in mind that registration/renewal applied after 19th March, will be done on reduced charges. Another good thing is that it is not a limited time offer and all dealers will be facilitated by this price reduction in future.
Location Ballot & Construction/Possession Update
It has been quite a while for DHA Multan file holders waiting for the location ballot. These concerned ones are inquiring about this through official platforms. Some of them are also curious to know about when construction of home will be allowed. DHA Multan is currently preparing for location ballot but has not mentioned any tentative timeframe. However, it is clear that construction on DHA Multan plots will only be allowed after payment of three years. Development charges will be payable in fourth year and possession will be delivered only after full payment (installments and development charges).
