Two Ways People Are Cheated In Land Buying & Selling

• To Receive Token Money (Partial Payment) for advance booking of plot-files offered on cheap rates to land owners against their land parcel. (DHA Land Forms are shown specifically in this case).

Never fall into trap of files on cheap rate. DHA reserves the right to accept and reject land offered on land offer form. 

• To book land of high prices (value) at reasonable token money (Partial Payment) for land owners and then dragging the issue.

Land owners are dragged to the court as these property scammers gets stay order and they try to get land at their own desired prices.

Land owners are warned to deal these matters carefully and sign an agreement who offers advance as per following.

1)      The agreement should be written on stamp paper worth Rs. 1200/- and land price per acre must be mentioned on it.

2)      Token Money (Partial/Initial Payment) amount to be written.

3)      Duration of agreement and last payment must be defined and mentioned clearly. It can be presented as legally approved proof in case to get rid of any fraud.

Land Purchase Deal Only in DHA Office

From now to onwards, land purchase will only take place inside the premises of Main Office of DHA (Phase 6). No one is authorized to deal such matters outside and if it is done, it will be declared null and void by DHA.
