The launching price of 10 Marla residential plots is 44 lac. The down payment of the plots is PKR 4 lac 40,000.

The total price of 1 Kanal plot is 74 lacs however the down payment of these plots is 10% of the complete payment.

 2 Kanal residential plots were launched at the price of PKR 1.40 Crore.

 4 Marla & 8 Marla commercial plots were launched at the prices of 2.25 crore and 4.25 crore respectively.
