Apart from pre-launch booking process, a separate pre-launch deal was launched for Overseas Block of Capital Smart City. Both times, 2 different property marketing firms were involved by the developers for booking of plots.

Capital Smart City Islamabad Official Launch

Official launch of Capital Smart City Islamabad is expected in early May 2018 as the developers are planning to launch the project, right after the launch of New Islamabad International Airport.
