Capital Smart City Islamabad – Possession Date Announced

Capital Smart City Islamabad has recently announced the possession date of plots in it. This possession announcement is definitely a big news for the members of this society as well as for those who are planning to invest in it soon. Capital Smart City has once again won the hearts by achieving another milestone as they had announced the possession date before time. The first-ever smart city project has announced the possession details of Overseas Block 1 and Executive Block 1. Both of these blocks are brilliantly planned and are further comprising many sectors. Here are the complete details:

Possession Dates in Capital Smart City Islamabad

Capital Smart City Islamabad will soon start giving the possession of two of its major blocks, i.e. Overseas Block 1 and Executive Block 1. However, only the members with all the clear dues will be provided with the possession of their properties. The complete sector-wise possession dates along with the deadline to clear all the outstanding dues are given below:

Capital Smart City has planned to handover the possession of these properties in April 2020; however, it got delayed due to Global Pandemic Covid-19 and long lockdown over the industries in Pakistan.

Moreover, Capital Smart City has also extended the following facilities to facilitate its members:

 

Capital Smart City members who will apply for the possession after clearance of the installments within these possession months will be allowed to pay Development Charges, Extra Land Charges, Prime Location Charges, in 4 quarters. However, the Utility Charges of their properties will be payable with possession.

For the ease of Capital Smart City member’s, all these payments are split into 04 quarters.

But, the 1st Quarter of all the following charges (development, extra, and prime location) will be payable along with the possession.

Blocks Launch Dates and Current Development Progress

Capital Smart City Overseas Block – 1 was launched in 2018 while the Executive Block -1 was launched in 2019.

Currently, most of the sectors of these blocks are in advanced development stages with the complete infrastructure of roads, electricity, drainage, sewerage fibre optics. Also, the structural work for mosques, school, hospital, and commercial buildings is near completion.
