This letter was from NHA to FDHL regarding the official approval of the interchange on Motorway. Actually, the approval was made in the 381st meeting of the NHA Executive Board held on February 4th, 2022.

However, the official announcement was the requirement of the time. According to the letter, NHA has granted the formal approval to Capital Smart City to start the construction of its dedicated interchange at KM 332-333 on Motorway M-2 Islamabad. Moreover, FDHL will construct this interchange as per the approved design under regulation for access from NHA controlled network.
