Plots and farmhouses that are offered in DHA Bahawalpur will be based on ownership. The allotment of both these properties shall be done through balloting.
There are equal quarterly installments that you must to be paid by the 5th of each month with the help of pay order.
It is really important to make the payment on time. In case, you fail to do so, your allotment of the plot will be canceled. The amount you have already deposited will be refunded only after the project is completed. However, 20% of the total cost will be deducted by the society from the refundable amount.
