Bahria Town Lahore has finally extended the deadline to apply for possession of different ready properties. This deadline is extended to give relief to the property owners during Ramadan’s busy schedules and due to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic.
New Date to Apply for Possession in Bahria Town Lahore
The last date to apply for possessions was 20th May 2020; however, this deadline is now extended till 30th June 2020.
The extension of 40 days is given to the property owners of Bahria Town Lahore so that they can easily apply for the possession of their properties. So, it is advisable to apply for the possession of your ready property within the given deadline to avoid any inconvenience. After this deadline, Bahria Town Lahore has reserved the rights of legal proceedings.
This rule will be applicable on the entire ready for possession properties, including apartments, villas, and plots in Bahria Town Lahore.
