Bahria Town Lahore Overseas Block Extension – Important Notice

Bahria Town Lahore is concerned over non-payment of dues by open-form holders who availed plots in recently offered new deal of Overseas Block Extension. The management has given a deadline to customers and dealers for submission of these open forms along with remaining payable amount by 25th November 2017.

Sales and Recovery Department of Bahria Lahore has issued a notice in this regard clearly indicating it as last and final call. In case of non compliance of this notice, these forms will be considered cancelled. The plot numbers of open forms which have not been submitted yet, are mentioned in the notice. These customers or dealers are directed to submit forms with dues in marketing office of Bahria Orchard.

 

What was the New Deal in Overseas Block Extension?

Some six months ago, Bahria Town offered plots in new cuttings of 10 Marla and 1 Kanal in Overseas B Extension.

These plots were available on Open Form Bookings direct through Bahria Town. As these plots were have to be purchased on lump sum payment, the remaining amount after booking was due to pay in the mentioned time frame. No transfer charges was also a major attraction saving up to 5 lacs. Owing to the location of Overseas Block and its market value, these plots were priced a bit low comparatively, so had huge appeal.
