Bahria Town Lahore Continues to Expand with New Blocks

Bahria Town Lahore has launched new maps for Golf View Residencia Phase 1 and Phase 2. Additionally, maps for some new extensions in current blocks are also released. These extensions will be part of Tipu Block, Nishtar Block and Nargis Block.

Golf View Residencia is planned to be located in Bahria Town Sector C, right next to Nargis Block. Once it was known that Southern loop of Lahore Ring Road will be cutting right between the allocated land, Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd. started working on a Plan B for the project. Now they have re-arranged the project around Lahore Ring Road by dividing it into Phase 1 and Phase 2. Development work is currently underway in the project and it consists of 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plot cuttings.

Bahria management has added some new land into the existing blocks for new customers. Here is some information regarding new extensions and their location.

Nishtar Block extension will consist of 5 Marla and 10 Marla plots. Nargis Block extension will have 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots. Tipu Block extension will be completely covered by 5 Marla plots. A new mosque and nearly 4 kanal park will also be part of Tipu Block Extension.
