And recently Bahria Administration has asked the owners of constructed homes/villas to apply for possession before 10th April 2019. Bahria Town Karachi had announced possession for newly developed Bahria Homes, Iqbal Villas and Quaid Villas, Precinct 10, Precinct 11, Precinct 27, Precinct 31, and also the Sports City Villas.  Now it is the final deadline provided by the Bahria Administration and if not applied on given time, you ready for possession will be allotted to someone else. This action will replace your ready property with an under construct property. Final notice has explained detailed terms and conditions regarding the applications of possession and maintenance charges.

Possession Charges, Utility Charges & Maintenance Charges are Payable

The owners of these ready for possession property will have to pay the possession fees, maintenance charges and the utility charges of Bahria Homes/Villas at the time of possession otherwise possession letter won’t be issued in his/her name.

Request for Possession (To be filled by the owner himself)

Provisional Allotment Letter (If it has been issued earlier)

CNIC Copy and 2 Passport Size Photographs

Original Customer Copy of Booking Form/Transfer Letter

All Original Deposit Slips

Authority Letter on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper in case if the owner cannot visit himself/herself. CNIC and Photograph of the authority holder is the must for verification.

How to Get Possession of Bahria Homes/Villas – Complete Details

First of all, download request for Possession form, fill it with care and submit it to Bahria Town Head Office Karachi.

All the above-mentioned documents will be required for submission along with this form for verification and completion of your possession application.

The owner will have to pay maintenance charges, utility charges and of course possession charges to get possession within the given deadline of 10th April 2019.
