Bahria Town Karachi has recently announced its new 100% refund policy for all disputed and non-possession plot files. Now the affectees of Bahria Town Karachi will be able to get their complete paid amount after submitting the application to Bahria Town.

Indeed, this will be an application for the refund of the amount and also the surrendering of the plot files.

Bahria Town Karachi 100% Refund Policy will be applied on all the disputed precincts of Bahria Sports City, Bahria Paradise and other disputed/non-possession precincts including old BTK precincts and Valley Block. Moreover, this 100% Refund Policy will be also applicable with the immediate effect on all canceled/blocked files.

Precinct 23A and Precinct 26

Precinct 29, 32, 33 (A, B, C, D)

Bahria Sports City Precincts are:

Precinct 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, as well as Precinct 40

Precinct 41 (Bahria Sports City), Precinct 42 (Bahria Sports City), Precinct 43 (Bahria Sports City), Precinct 44 (Bahria Sports City), Precinct 45 (Bahria Sports City)

Bahria Paradise Precincts are:

Precinct 46 (Bahria Paradise), Precinct 52 (Bahria Paradise), Precinct 53 (Bahria Paradise), Precinct 54 (Bahria Paradise), Precinct 55 (Bahria Paradise), Precinct 57 (Bahria Paradise), and Precinct 58 (Bahria Paradise)
