There are two categories of 10 Marla residential plots in Bahria Orchard Phase 4. The first kind is located in Blocks G3 & G4. Development work is entering into its final phase in both blocks, so they are being sold at substantial own/profit that goes up to Rs. 15 Lakh.

The second type of plots are situated in G5 and G6. Development work has just started here and due to enthusiastic trading in G3 and G4, plots in these blocks are sometimes available even on level price. A 26-month payment plan for the 10 Marla residential plots is given below:

Bahria Orchard Phase 4 offers 5 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots that are best suited for long-term investment. 60-80% development has already been completed as these plots are located on Central Avenue, 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue. There are two categories of commercial plots i.e. balloted plots and non-balloted plots. Balloted plots’ own price ranges from Rs. 5 Lakh to Rs. 15 Lakh based on location and size. On the other hand, non-balloted plots are sold at level price. Commercial plots are available on a 26-month installment plan.
