According to the details, New Deal (Extension) will offer around 200 residential and some 120 commercial plots. Bahria Town had already acquired the land from a backyard of Sunflower Block and main gate and the extension phase will probably have its entrance right at Main Ferozepur Road. The 150 ft wide Main Boulevard will have commercials on both sides just like Bahria Nasheman.

Both residential and commercial plots in each category are available for booking on open forms via authorized dealers of this project. Residential plots can be booked by paying 50% of the total price while the remaining amount to be paid after 6 months. The commercial plots are available in 1.5 years quarterly installment plan with a fixed amount to be paid as down payment.
