Punjab Government has announced booking details for Ashiana Housing Scheme Faisalabad. An economical housing project, Ashiana Faisalabad offers 3 Marla constructed houses to low income families. April 9, 2018 has be announced the last date for booking form submission by Punjab Land Development Company (PLDC) – the government organization responsible for Ashiana Housing Schemes. It is also announced that Ashiana Housing Scheme is devoted for families that have total monthly income less than Rs. 50,000.

Ashiana Housing Scheme Faisalabad Booking Process

Applicants can download the booking form of Ashiana Housing Scheme Faisalabad from PLDC website or can get free forms from any branch of Bank of Punjab located inside Faisalabad division. Applicant is needed to be permanent resident of Faisalabad division, in order to be eligible for allotment process.

Rs. 1000 is to be submitted as processing fee for the booking forms at the time of booking form submission. After filling out necessary information in the booking form, applicants needs to submit the form in any Bank of Punjab branch that is situated inside Faisalabad Division.

Ashiana Housing Scheme Faisalabad Booking Plan

A Double Storey 3 Marla home in Ashiana Housing Scheme Faisalabad is available for a price of Rs. 1,560,000. In case of lump sum payment, 5% discount is offered by Punjab Government. Otherwise, a 30-month payment plan is also offered for these homes by PLDC.

Down Payment: Rs 339,000

Monthly Installments (30): Rs. 10,000

At Possession: Rs. 870,000

Bank Loan facility is also available to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 870,000 after payment plan is finished.
