Bahria Waives Off 50% Surcharge on Pending Installments

Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd. has waived off 50% Surcharge on late payment of installments for plots located in various Bahria projects. Duration of this waiver started off from 17^th August 2017 and it will last till 21^st August 2017.

This surcharge was applicable on the following blocks/projects.

All the customers of Bahria Town Lahore who are not able to timely pay installments of their plots, have to pay an extra surcharge on those payments. Now, they only have to pay half of that surcharge to Bahria Town management. This seems like an amazing opportunity but the catch is to pay your installments within 4 days. After 21^st August 2017, full surcharge will be once again applicable on all the above mentioned plot cuttings and blocks/projects.

Talha Block is located in Sector E of Bahria Town Lahore whereas rest of the projects are mainly part of Bahria Orchard Lahore with exception of Bahria EMC that is a project of its own.
