To ensure the preservation of your property, we strongly advise all members to deposit the required payments by 23rd June 2023. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the cancellation of your property.

For commercial plots (2.66 Marla & 6 Marla), a 20% payment must be made, and for pre-launch residential files, a minimum of 50% payment is required.
