Surbana Jurong, in collaboration with other design consultants, is currently developing a detailed master plan for Capital Hills, a magnificent block that encompasses 879.74 Kanals of land within the society. The process of designing a master plan for such a vast area is complex and time-intensive, requiring careful consideration of various factors. To ensure a sustainable and eco-friendly living environment, a significant portion of the block will be dedicated to green spaces. Additionally, the master plan will be divided into different zones, each with its unique features and amenities.

Zone 1 – Golf Community
This particular zone of Capital Hills is solely reserved for the construction of an exceptional 10-Hole Signature Golf Course designed to international standards. In addition, an internationally renowned golf teaching academy will be established within this block.
