- In the 1st Phase, members who booked plots on 100% payment before 19th January 2022 will be eligible to choose a plot of their own choice.
- In the 2nd Phase, members who booked plots on 100% payment after 19th January 2022 will be eligible to choose a plot of their own choice.
- In the 3rd Phase, members will be facilitated on the subject of availability on a first come first serve basis.
Also, there are some terms and conditions that must be followed to get Lahore Smart City possession shared below:
All those members who will successfully get the allocation of their plots are liable to start the construction in 90 days from the issuance of allotment receipts. Unable to comply with the terms and conditions will result in cancellation of allocation.
