The only difference between the old and new bookings of Lahore Smart City is the prices. The prices of the plots were around 18 – 19 lacs in the pre-launch phase. However, after launch, the same plots were available in 21 – 22 lacs. But the latest prices of 5 Marla plots in the existing payment plan are 23.50 – 25 lacs.
