Launched a few months ago, Lahore Smart City is one of the most appealing and beneficial developments in Lahore. Developing as the 2nd Smart City project in Pakistan, this society holds many attractions, including the easily accessible location. Lahore Smart City is a high-level development with world-class facilities and property on easy installments. Most importantly, LDA has also approved the NOC of Lahore Smart City, which has proved it to be a legal housing society in Lahore.
This society is covering a large area of land while its master plan is comprising many blocks. However, the developers have only launched two blocks Executive Block and Overseas Block. All these plots were launched with a flexible payment plan of 3.5 years. Bookings start with 10% and 10% amount on the confirmation.

Even, there is some profit on the bookings of plots.
Note: The society charges 10 % extra on category plots and 15% extra on double category plots. You will also get a 10% discount on lump sum payment while a 5% discount on the total price for paying half price of the plot.
