LDA City Lahore Phase 1 – Second Balloting Date Announced

After conducting the successful location balloting of plots on November 30, 2019, now LDA is ready to hold the second ballot for Its LDA City Lahore. Yes, the administration of the project has recently announced the date for holding a second ballot event for its Jinnah Sector Phase 1.

LDA City  Lahore – Second Balloting Update

As per the latest details, this balloting to allocate plot numbers to LDA City plot files in Jinnah Sector is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2020.

In the first location ballot of LDA City, around 9,712 plot files are allocated with plot numbers. To ensure transparency in the balloting, LDA contracted the services of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Now the first balloting results are available only and the LDA City file holders can check the results by visiting the LDA’s official website.

In the latest publication, the society has asked aspirants seeking inclusion in the second ballot event to buy the residential plot files of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal.  Moreover, this advertisement also mentions the following prices of the plots given below:

LDA City Lahore Location Overview
