Non-refundable amount to be paid for applying for 8 Marla plots is Rs. 5,000. The total price of 8 Marla plot is 25 lacs. The down payment of 8 Marla residential plots is PKR 1.50 lac, that will be paid within the 30 days of balloting and the remaining will be cleared in 12 quarterly installments.

Non-refundable amount to be paid for applying for 2 Kanal plots is Rs. 10,000. The total price of 2 Kanal plots is PKR 1 Crore.

Commercial Plots Details

The Non-refundable processing fee for applying for 4 Marla commercial plots is Rs. 15,000 and the refundable processing fees are 1.50 lac.

You can book the 8 Marla commercial plots with the non-refundable processing fees of Rs. 20,000 and the refundable fees are 3 lacs.

Farm Houses Details

To book the residential farmhouse of 4 Kanal, You will need to pay the non-refundable processing fees of Rs. 20,000 and the refundable fees of 1.50 lacs.

The Non-refundable processing fee for applying for 8 Kanal residential farmhouses is Rs. 25,000 and the refundable processing fees are 3 lacs.
