DHA Gujranwala Balloting Results Announced & Other Details by UPN

DHA Gujranwala has finally conducted the computerized balloting of previously booked applications of residential and commercial plots on Wednesday, 6th of February, 2019, at 2:30 AM. The well-organized in a ceremony was held at DHA Gujranwala site. All the applications for residential plots of 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal & commercial plot of 4 Marla and 8 Marla were included in this ballot. Now the results for the balloting are available and you can easily check them online on the official website of DHA Gujranwala. The administration has provided the online forms, so you can check your ballot results by just entering your CNIC /NICOP number.

Note: In case you come out successful in the ballot, you should note down your OBF number. That number will be used to find and print your payment voucher.

Official Maps of Different Blocks

As the results of the balloting are now available online so it is expected that DHA Gujranwala will also disclose the maps of its different blocks. It is clear that the map will be soon uploaded to their website or online database so that the successful applicants will be to see the location and category of your plot numbers on the map.

For the recent balloting, thousands of applications were received in DHA Gujranwala for its residential & commercial plots and even the deadline for the applications was increased to facilitate more applicants.

All residential plots of 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal and commercial plots of 4 Marla and 8 Marla were included in the current balloting and now these plots are assigned plots numbers and blocks through the transparent computerized ballot.

Balloting Procedure Details

Current balloting & results was computer generated. 3 different lists of successful applicants were presented, which were further checked by honorable members of the ballot committee. Those lists were further forwarded to the guests, who randomly cast-offs 2 lists and pick out one final list of successful applicants in the balloting.

Success & Failure Ratio

There are so many applications were received in DHA Gujranwala for different categories of plots and were included in the ballot but round about 4000 applications were declared successful. According to an estimate, the failure ratio is above 93%, which increases the demand and value of successful files in the balloting.
