In a public notice addressed to dealers and customers, Al-Kabir Town management has informed them that last date of submission of down payment for Umer Block plot files is 30th June, 2018. All these customers and dealers have been directed to submit their dues before the said date otherwise their files won’t be included in the first balloting of Umer Block.

The administration has also mentioned about the fine which would be charged for not paying the due amount in time. After 30th June 2018, first installment would be due for the new bookings of Umer Block and down payment would be accepted along with fine.
