Master City Gujranwala is continued to grow with development in progress on the parallel lines for facilitation of residents. In the proposed 300 Kanal Theme Park, working on recently announced Dancing Laser Fountain is in full swing. Most importantly, the master planned society has got approval of Sui Gas installation which was much needed for inhabitants. Now the administration has come up with Master City Gujranwala Phase 2 after the successful launch of its Phase 1. Booking for Phase 2 is underway in the initial (pre-booking) phase and these plots are available on easy installments.

Master City Gujranwala Phase 2 map will be launched after its balloting will take place. However, it will be located someway near already existing Overseas Block expectedly.

In Phase 2, Master City Gujranwala is offering 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal limited residential plots. The 2 Kanal cutting which was offered in Block A and D, Phase 1 has not been included in the Phase 2.
Master City Gujranwala Phase 2 Booking
Master City Gujranwala Phase 2 booking starts with nearly 10% down payment while some amount is payable on confirmation in 30 days. The remaining amount out of the total price will be adjusted in 3-years installments.

Master City Gujranwala Overseas Block Balloting
As it was announced earlier that Master City Gujranwala Overseas Block balloting will be held on 14th August 2018. The administration had directed overseas files’ holder to submit their files and original documents in the sales office by 25th May. But now the last date for submission original files and documents is 29th May after extension. Submit the documents; get the receipt and make sure your participation in balloting process.
