Gwadar Golf City Plots Prices, Payment Plan, Location & NOC Details
Gwadar Golf City is accredited as the first golf course theme project in rapidly developing region of Gwadar. The housing society set off to a great start with huge response in the initial booking phase. Recently Gwadar Golf City plots prices were increased and buyers were informed to about the last date of booking on old prices. Now in continuity to the closure of bookings on previous rates, a new public notice has been issued about form submission deadline.
Gwadar Golf City – Deadline for Forms Submission
Gwadar Golf City plots booking on old prices have been closed on 27th April 2018. The management of Gwadar Golf City has issued a new public notice in reference to the previous one regarding form submission. By this new notice, Gwadar Golf City management has directed all buyers who have booked their plots on old prices to submit their forms by 10th May 2018. These include all cuttings of non golf facing plots and these forms will be submitted to their respective office of Lahore, Karachi or Gwadar. Don’t get late and submit the form on time in the designated offices.
Gwadar Golf City Plots Prices – Old Vs New
The new plot prices for Gwadar Golf City are applicable from Ist May, 2018. The prices have been increased of non facing golf plots only. The price for 5 Marla has been increased from Rs. 750,000 to Rs. 900,000. The price of 8 Marla which was previously Rs. 1,100,000 is now available at Rs. 1,290,000, With an increase of Rs. 2 Lacs, 10 Marla prices becomes Rs, 1,500,000 Lacs. At 3-year installment plan, these prices are still very much affordable. However, 20 Marla plot prices of non facing golf remain unchanged.
